As apart of our Music Inquiry projects, all room 23 students, created individual music websites. All students had a choice to either create their website on webs or weebly, which are both internet site builders. All websites consisted of a:
biography
discography
homepage
filmography
photo gallery
We had to write a song and many students also had to create their own background music. Some decided to use Garageband to create their songs, and a few recorded solo singing.
Many room 23 students produced high quality websites, and a small group of students were chosen to enter into the Net Guide Schools Multimedia Challenge, managed by TVNZ. Overall, we await to see the results for the competition, but we enjoyed creating individual websites to show to our families and friends.
