D.A.R.E

This Term Room 23 was learning about D.A.R.E. Constable Sheree our Youth Education Officer has been teaching us about D.A.R.E and the meaning of it. D.A.R.E stands for Decision Making, Assertiveness, Responsibility, Esteem. We have been taught about peer pressure and how to resist it.These are some of the ways and methods walk away, change the subject, say no, Ignore them and much more. Some of the drugs we learnt about were "P"also known as Methamphetamine ,cocaine, marijuana, steroids and more these are some of the effects of marijuana short term memory loss, red eyes, kills your brain cells, Increase in appetite and much more. It was a privilege to work with Constable Sheree and we hope she visits next term.
